Motora — Privacy Policy

Motora does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. The app does not require you to create an account, and no personal data leaves your device.

The app requests the following Android permissions, used only for the purposes described:

• Notifications

  Used only to deliver the reminders you set yourself, scheduled on the device. Motora does not use push notifications, so no messages are ever sent to it from a server.

• Storage

  Used only when you pick a file yourself — a document to attach, or a backup to save or restore. Documents you attach are copied into Motora's own private storage on the device. Motora reads and writes nothing on its own, and never scans your files.

Everything you record stays in Motora's own storage on your device. Deleting a vehicle removes its records, 'Delete all records' in Settings › Backup and restore clears everything at once, and uninstalling the app removes all of it. Any backup file you chose to save stays wherever you saved it, under your control. Because nothing is ever uploaded, there is no copy for us to delete.

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We value your trust and use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect any information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
